Meet Coach Tim

With over 40 years of competitive athletic experience, Tim brings a lifetime of performance insight to every training session. He holds a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Exercise Science and has spent more than 15 years coaching soccer at both the high school and college levels.

As a certified NSCA personal trainer, ISSA sports nutrition specialist, and USAW Level 1 Olympic Weightlifting Coach, Tim combines proven science with practical training to help active dads stay strong, avoid injury, and keep playing the sports they love.
